3. Tea recipe

You need 1 part nettle, 1 part horsetail and 1 part willow bark. Bring 2 L water to boil and put 2 struck tbsp from these mixed herbs. Turn off the heat. Leave it for an hour, then filter it. You can flavor it with fresh lemon.

4. Drinks

Drink every day: ¼ liter of grapefruit juice in the morning (before breakfast), ½ liter of green tea or white tea every day, but not after 5pm (you won't be able to sleep), ½ liter ginger tea (take a small piece, grade it and put it in 1L boiling water. Leave it for 8-10 mins, then you can drink), 1 ½ liters of non-carbonated mineral water (the total dissolved mineral content does not exceed 600 mg / l.)

Some notes

For meals use coconut oil or virgin olive oil. Drink before and after meal. Every morning put one sip of cold-pressed virgin olive oil into your mouth and keep it there at least for 3minutes (don't swallow, don't gargling), then spit it out (you will be surprised of the color).

According to Cyntia Perkins, M.Ed. "Even the foods you think would be healthier such as breakfast bars and cereals are loaded with sugar and lacking in nutrients. As a matter of fact, almost everything you buy at the grocery store contains sugar of some sort. A diet high in sugar and refined carbohydrates is also deficient in vitamins and minerals and thus doesn't nourish a healthy body that can resist Candida overgrowth.

However, sugar is not the only criminal. It's also all those simple, starchy foods being ingested. In the digestive system starchy foods are converted to sugar. The more refined these foods are the quicker they are converted.

Basically it is the combination of our food choices and medical treatments that are responsible for the proliferation of Candida and the many health conditions and chronic illness that are linked to this overgrowth. Since this is the case, it means that if people who don't already have an overgrowth of Candida, make better choices, preventing Candida causes is totally within their power. With education and change we could stop this epidemic from growing any larger."
